Cosy mulled cider

There is nothing quite as perfect as a cosy evening under a blanket, reading a good book and sipping a warming mulled cider.

Ingredients to make our cosy mulled cider
You will need

1 bottle of alcohol-free cider of your choice (We used Sheppy’s from Wisebartender)

Dash of apple juice.

Generous teaspoon of brown sugar.

4 cloves.

Sprinkle of mixed spice.

Sprinkle of cinnamon.

1 cinnamon stick.

A selection of garnish – dried orange slices or cinnamon stick.

How to make
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes (do not let it overheat)
  3. Serve with a cinnamon stick in a cute glass or enamel mug.
  4. Enjoy!

Make up a batch and store up to 3 days in the fridge, re-heat in the microwave.
